[ExI] More deaths from COVID-19 than Afghanistan and Iraq wars combined

Millions more Americans have died from corrupt politicians giving
concessions to the tobacco lobby.  And even more have died from concessions
to sugar and big agriculture which has led to insane rates of heart
disease.  These are far worse moral failings than an inept response to an
acute crisis with little precedent.  We have had a CHRONIC health crisis
here in the past few decades--far long enough to know better.
