Due to how Cruise Ships produce fresh water, they have actually returned to the open ocean. I see little risk for them to spread the contagion further into Japan since they are currently on open ocean.
The guests are currently quarantined in their cabins, with food being delivered to their rooms by crew.
They will remain on open ocean for the 2 week period before retesting.
More worrying are the ports where they had previously stopped, rather than Yokohama.
I am personally more interested to the US numbers 2 weeks post-Super Bowl, and 2 weeks post-Valentines.
