You must live in a different universe because statistics seem to show the folks in blue tend to take more, reduce overall freedom, and even have a strong tendency to shoot unarmed people and their dogs.

As for a secret police, that’s another kettle of fish. Any libertarian who supports secret police seems have misunderstood the whole point of libertarianism: it’s about a just and free society not a prison camp.
