Then I will tell you that every one of these images, including the movement
of the models, is generated by AI.  None of these are real people.  Tragic
is this, because I was already getting attached to some of them.

 

Which leads to the next industry-crusher: once AI obviates fashion models by
generating photo-realistic images to model their clothing, the same AI could
be created to create photo-realistic images without the clothing.  Horrors!
This could devastate the porno industry.  Models willing to show it all may
no longer be needed.  Tragic is this, because I was already getting attached
to some of them.

 

While I struggle to get over that, it occurs to me that this is important in
my notion of making software avatars to converse with and entertain the
elderly.  It adds an entire new dimension to the term "entertain."
