It'd be taken very poorly as comedy.  Not viable on that angle.

Blackface is easy to recognize up close.  The cops wouldn't be fooled.

But the biggest problem is believing the cops would care.  There might be
brutality against black folks, but there's brutality against white folks
who support the protests too.  The error cycle is that a cop sees a black
person and incorrectly assumes a threat; if a cop thinks blackface is any
indication of intent to be a threat like black people are perceived to be,
the cop may in fact be more willing to shoot.
