I understand the problem.  I was in Boston and we went out to eat.
Temperature -14F, wind about 20-30 (wind chill factor = -40s).  I wore
pantyhose, several layers of clothes, etc. and the run to the restaurant
was the coldest I have ever been.  It was just indescribable.  How anyone
lives outside in those conditions is remarkable.  Since all the Detroit
auto jobs have been gone for some time, maybe we will see an exodus back
down South of the poor people.  bill w
