That's not the case.  Marksmanship is largely genetic, how well you
can shoot depends on how much you shake and that is dependent on
properties of your nervous system.  If you don't have a steady hand,
it doesn't matter how young you start.

Spike, this scenario sounds unlikely in the extreme.  Are there any
examples you can locate about a female sharpshooter in the military?
Those guys *DO NOT* use the AR-15.  I think they are more likely to
use a 50 caliber than even a 30.06.
