[ExI] The COVID-19 death rate is 3.4%

I'm not panicking yet either, but I work in Manhattan, NYC and take the
train in 3 days a week from CT (on the plus side, I avoid the subway, but
it's still public transportation).  The outbreak in Westchester county NY
with no known source has me concerned:
