I did not say that I was in favor of the feds doing what would amount to
trillions of dollars if facilities were put where significant numbers of
the homeless are.  I certainly do not have any solutions at all, but I
think the supply of people who would want to live in such places is nearly
endless, esp. if you supply those drugs (why do that?).
