Don't blame this one on capitalism. Capitalism is the enabler if you can buy it though.

Capitalism is the great enabler.  Enabled is the opposite of disabled.  Countries without capitalism are disabled.  This is why disabled countries build walls to keep their people in while enabled countries build walls to keep foreigners out.  People have seen enabled and disabled.  They decided that enabled is better.
