[ExI] covid origin

This basically.  As much as I disagree with most of what Rafal says, that
EXACT modification was proposed for a study AT THAT FACILITY IN WUHAN, and
a year later the virus with that same modification appears a few miles from
that facility? Come on, you'd have to be crazy not to question that. And we
trust the CCP to give us the origin story?
