[ExI] Covid Vaccines

That seems like the sort of thing that would have been good to know before
they had hundreds of thousands of nurses of wildly varying skill levels
administer it to a billion people, and make their employment and
participation in civil society contingent on consenting to receive it.

Also would have been nice not to brutally suppress online discussion of
these issues too.
