Tech help needed!

First it was a two year old Sony Bravia -had to go to the shop!!  (did I
notice that it had only a 1 year guarantee?).  Sony tech support said that
it needed service but they had no service centers in Mississippi.  Called a
TV guy; shared old stories about when better parts went into electronic
gear, like when a microwave oven was hard to pick up.

Then the coffee grinder - less than a year old - won't start.

Now the iPhone won't respond to swiping up.  Help!!
