It's too soon to speculate.  The deal was only agreed a few hours ago.
I doubt that employees have left yet. Software changes have been
frozen temporarily.
Musk plans to take the company private, at which time the Twitter
board will resign.
Many employees have share compensation schemes. They will want to find
out what is going to happen to them. I expect many discussions and
'What ifs' are going on, with the future so cloudy.
But most employees will be in a wait and see mode.
