Rafal on the contrary sir.  The constitution has a mechanism for that kind of change: the amendment process.  It doesn’t need to be rewritten.  In any case, having Elon as POTUS would be a tragic waste of that level of talent.  Alternative: elect someone who recognizes the value in having Musk as a consultant.
