I read where breathing techniques used by opera singers can help those with
problems stemming from Covid.

Check yourself out:  when you breathe in do your shoulders rise and your
chest inflate?  Of course you say.  Nope.  Proper breathing means to take
air in all the way down.  The stomach should inflate a lot more than the
chest.  Take it from a singer - music scholarship to LSU in voice.

Bill Clinton had perpetual trouble with losing his voice.  I noticed that
he is a big chest breather.  Someone should have told him how to breathe.
