[ExI] Maintenance

Hi, all,

Just a heads up: I'll be visiting the datacenter to do some maintenance on 
several machines, and updating one will mean the network will be down for 
a while, perhaps up to twenty minutes, and perhaps more than once. This is 
planned for Thursday.

I'll make another announcement with more specifics closer to then. Note 
that no messages will be lost because we already have a backup MX, but 
messages will be delayed during maintenance.
