Fun name but with worrisome implications Max.  

 

Cassandra was cursed with the gift of prophecy which would allow her to warn the people she cared about, but no one would believe her.  Even after her dire prophecies came true, they still didn’t believe her.

 

I don’t think the brossandras are right, but I can see something related that has my attention.  It isn’t sentient AI destroying us that is the primary risk, but rather BI being convinced that AI is human, then compelling BI to do destructive things.  This is something that could happen long before sentient AI.  The guy who Eliza convinced to slay himself would be an example, if that story is true.
