I just read your post on why anything exists and I must say that I found it utterly beautiful. It elegantly explains many extraordinary concepts I only found after many years of research. I commend your goal of presenting these universe-explaining theories in a way that everyone can digest. I hope your work flourishes to all the world.

This chaotic unpredictably, I think, is sufficient to explain the unpredictability of conscious agents or complex programs, without having to introduce fundamental randomness into the lower layers of the computation or the substrate.
