One of them should be that people will misunderstand or seek to find
loopholes, both intentionally and by sheer stupidity, and that most of the
reason you think there is a need for a new moral system is that this has
been used to change existing moral systems in practice - and thus, as you
perceive them - into unworthy things, regardless of their founders'
intentions.

Solve that (with an actual, practical solution, not just mandating things
where those mandates themselves will get misconstrued or ignored), and you
may have something worthy.  Completely disregard it, as most new mortality
systems do, and...well, surely you've seen how most morality systems end up.
