Tara you are a writer, ja?  You have stumbled into a fine theme there.  

 

The notion of robots sharing one mind would be a deal breaker for me,
regardless of how attractive is that mate-bot.  So. stodgy old spike just
says no, the others give in to temptation, the bots share one mind and
decide collectively to use microwave tech to sterilize her human mates
during the process.  I end up being the last fertile feller.

 

Go right ahead Tara, write your short story with that insane but fun theme.

Oh, OK cool.  I thought it was something serious, like sex.

But BillK, on the contrary sir.  As Tara's insight suggests, some humans
will flatly refuse any non-biological sexual gratification, regardless of
how enticing.  Perhaps they will see it as a sin.  The human population may
decline drastically, but eventually the planet would be repopulated with the
descendants of those who refuse such pleasures.

I don't think humanity would go extinct for our inability to compete with
machines in the sack.
