We all officially agreed.......

>...Ja. BillK, when we read of attempts to regulate AI development, we all
know that nations are led by people who crave power. They will carefully
the rules to slow down the other guy if at all possible. They all
recognize that whoever first develops human-level programming-capable AI
rules the world. There is just no greater prize for those who make rules.

Now more than ever: AI can produce photographic "evidence" of anything we
ask it to make. In times of war, this is a more potent weapon than anything
short of a nuke. We now cannot distinguish between real and fake, which
means everything must be presumed fake.
