By not imparting sole veracity to videos.

We are there already.   Think about it: what happens, today, when someone
posts a deepfake video about a politician?  Only the most gullible (which
is, sadly, too many) - who would believe such claims without any evidence,
so whether evidence is forged doesn't matter to them - fall for it  The
rest of us look for, and usually quickly find, clues outside the video as
to whether the incident shown in the video did or did not happen.
