There might be a difference between Secrecy and Privacy.

I don't want the hackers to have my banking info.  Nor do I want them
messing with my medical info - what if they contaminate my records and I
begin getting treatments for stuff that I don't have???  What if they use
my medical info to get treatments for themselves, and *I* get stuck with
the co-pays?  etc. etc.
