Ilsa, you grew up in peaceful times madam.  When I was in 5th grade, the Vietnam war was being fought in the elementary schools.  Cowboys and Indians games were replaced by Americans and Viet Cong as the playground proxy for children to pretend to slay each other, innocently expressing the tragic brutal nature of humankind.
