[ExI] nasa's solar sail has deployed

Hey cool!  This is one I have long been waiting for: a solar sail.  NASA
launched a CubeSat with an 80 square meter sail:

Information on the control system is hard to find.  If anyone has a link,
specifically about the ACS3 control system, that's what I am looking for.
