That's a weird line to draw.

It means the men have no such limit, which means the women simply claim to
be men.

I guess man+estrogen to compete in "women's sports" is unfair (for some
definition of fair) and potentially woman+steroids to compete in doped
Olympics could be a different kind of unfair.

These may the "interesting times" we've been blessed/cursed with :)
