These things never have a single correct answer, the words can always be 
interpreted differently to how the creator of the riddle intended.

That's why I never did well on those 'programming aptitude' 
pattern-matching tests, even though I'm perfectly capable of detecting 
patterns (and writing code). There was always (usually, anyway) more 
than one answer.

One answer could be "Hell", assuming 'the country west of Spain' means 
the nearest country west of Spain, 'man' can include non-human and 
fictional characters, and 'town' can mean any location, real or imagined.
