Adrian, it isn't a felony until they tell us what the other crime was.  Paying off Stormy is not a crime.  So without a conviction on another crime, this falsifying records charges are misdemeanors with expired statute of limitations.  

All the court needs to do is show us where there were any convictions of any other crime.  They didn't do this.  Without a second crime, those "felonies" for misdemeanors are as phony Dr. Pepper's medical degree.

To this day, no one knows what the other crime was, or when the conviction took place.  We shouldn't just blow it off however, for that phony attempt at a felony conviction swung libertarians over into the column of the guy who won that 2024 election in a landslide.  Libertarians are very tuned to fake court cases.
