I have all that Adrian. The existing documentation tells me about a record-keeping violation, which is a misdemeanor.  To be a felony requires a second crime, which requires a conviction.  Link me to that second conviction please Adrian.  Without a second conviction, there is no second crime, and there isn’t even a first one: the record-keeping violation was well past its five year expiration.

 

Adrian, do you know what was this mysterious second crime?  Do tell please.
