TwitterX doesn’t dispense medical advice, any more than paper dispenses medical prescriptions. That’s what doctors are for. TwitterX is a medium where anyone can dispense information. There is no indication from the medium that the material is useful, true, helpful, relevant, up to date, any of that. It is up to the consumer to determine. The internet is that way.

John you make a great case for Google’s competitor, TwitterX. Elon Musk is in full agreement with you. Musk recognized that Twitter was doing exactly as you say. His strategy was to buy the big powerful evil Twitter and just stop it from DOING anything. All it needed to fulfil its Don’t Be Evil slogan (trademark) is to stop doing anything. That was easy: Twitter doesn’t even need humans, which saves huge costs and saves the company itself from bankruptcy.

Now, TwitterX isn’t evil, even though it is bigger and more powerful than ever. Information wants to be free. There are evil things posted there, and good things. It is up to the reader to figure out which is which, not TwitterX. Let that sink in. Well, that was easy. It damn sure wasn’t cheap, but it was easy.
