Medical advice is information.  Prescriptions are not.  And...

And yet, the medical advice is dispensed.  Many consumers are not
capable of determining if that advice is good or bad.

Perhaps you meant to say, "TwitterX shouldn't dispense medical
advice", or "TwitterX doesn't dispense legally reliable medical
advice".  In the former case, you again confuse "shouldn't" for
"doesn't".
