A valid contract requires informed consent.
One side of Helly does not consent, and the other is not informed.

We may also recall «Black Mirror: White Christmas», where I found it 
strange that the copy did not remember her original's decision to create 
a copy.  I don't suppose the original is ever aware of how her copy was 
trained.
