Yes. Developing AI is very competitive. There is big money to be made
by making the best AI.
At present, development is fast and the AIs are changing, almost week
by week. The other problem is that the AIs are best at different
tasks. You need to choose which AI to use for each task. (And also
what price!).
There are several leaderboards, that try to rate AIs for different tasks.
