It certainly looks AI-generated to me, or at least some element of CG in it. The backgrounds are suspiciously clean and regular, no people visible. It reminds me of that video a while ago, where a robot delivers a parcel outside an obviously fake residence, drops it to the ground and it bounces in a very unrealistic way.
Whatever it is, it's definitely 'cleaned up'.
