As I understand it, Elon has a staff tasked with filtering technical proposals.  They only let the best ideas thru.  I would think getting thru that filter is more likely than alternatives.  Elon has a lotta money to invest: he is renting out jillions of GPUs to Dario.  All that needs to be invested.  Your 200 to 300 G$ is a week’s revenue on that data farm.  Keith, I would suggest posting your pitch to him.
