This we do not know, for California has legal ballot harvesting.  In the most populous state in the union it is legal to “collect” ballots.  Consequence, we do not know what was the popular vote here, consequently we do not know what is the popular vote in the USA.

Recognizing this, many fled to new homes in Florida and Texas.  Roll out the welcome mat, for your state may now get more representatives in the electoral college.

I am told this a lot.  But I don’t think I hold the record for it.  I am socially liberal, but fiscally conservative.  Those views are perfectly compatible, if one recognizes it applies at the federal level, and that the heavy lifting of government should occur at the state level.  Individual voters exercise greater control of state governments.  If they don’t like the way it is going, they have 49 other choices, no immigration restrictions at all.
