*Baloney! Your theory is so bad it's hard to know where to start. First of
all no government employee has a multi million dollar paycheck, not even
the president. And ALL the top minds in the field of AI are known and
accounted for, and they ALL work for AI companies, and NONE of them work
for the military. And to make a new cutting edge AI model you not only need
a gaggle of brilliant scientists with boiling water IQs, you also need tens
of billions of dollars worth of computing power to teach your AI, and if
the military was doing that there's no way in hell that could be kept
secret. *

*> We don’t know what technology the pentagon has,*

*NO! We know exactly what type of AI technology the military is using, and
it's no more advanced than the AI that you and I are able to use, possibly
even less so. The military is seldom at the cutting edge of technology, my
new iPhone is more advanced than any of the electronics in a F-22 fighter
jet. *
