Teachers Unions Ben.  They will go along with the plan, so long as they get
a raise out of the deal for the inconvenience, even if it isn't actually
inconvenient.

What a concept!  We should pass a law changing the temperature, not just the
thermometer.

Regarding changing the thermometer, we Yanks appear to be heading for
September without a hurricane in the Atlantic.  That doesn't happen very
often, but I notice the climate change posse quieted down considerably when
Bill Gates defected from the cause.  No one has ever been able to explain to
me why climate change is necessarily a bad thing.  Feels like it should be
about a 50% chance it would improve the climate in any randomly chosen
place.
