To me as well, especially for a first extraterrestrial colony.  Park
some in cislunar space.  Have robot miners on the Moon railgunning raw
materials to the colony (and equip the colony with drives and
equipment to catch the materials and counter the momentum).  Process
it in zero-G or spin-G.
