John the ballroom doesnt use federal money so that one is irrelevant.

 Regarding ultra expensive battleships, do you know why modern battleships
are ultra expensive?  Do you know what they carry?

When you hear the term battleship, do you envision the Swedish battleship
Vasa?  Or the mighty USS Missouri?  Or something with a resemblance to
those predecessors which ends in that that all three have hulls?

Why do you suppose modern battleship designs exist?  How do you suppose
modern battle drones are deployed and recovered?  What defensive systems do
you imagine?  How do you suppose they can get into places carriers and
ancient battleships such as the Missouri cannot go?
