*There is no way that could legally be done. *

*That could have been legally done, but by not being neutral they'd be
doing the very thing that you were complaining about that the powers that
be did in 2016. *

*And by the way, if Bernie Sanders had won the nomination I think he
would've lost the electoral college vote (the popular vote doesn't matter)
by an even bigger margin than Hillary Clinton did; it would've certainly
put me in a quandary, I don't know who I would've voted for. *

*What planet were you on?? Did you actually watch that debate? It was the
most unpleasant 90 minutes of TV I had ever seen in my life, it was sad,
embarrassing and horrifying. *

*I'm sure that's true, just handing Kamala Harris the nomination without
her having to fight for it left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths,
but there was no alternative. Joe Biden had withdrawn his name and there
was far too little time to run another series of primary elections, the
Democrats had to nominate somebody. As vice president Harris seemed to be
the logical choice at the time, maybe not so much today but everybody has
20-20 hindsight. *

*The Democrats I aim most of my anger at are not those that advocated
superdelegates, although it was a bad idea, the ones I'm angry at are those
that kept quiet about the fact that Joe Biden was no longer playing at the
top of his game and didn't very strongly discourage him from trying to run
for a second term.*

* ABSOLUTELY! *
