Spike may claim that his words are not misinformation: the vaccine was less
than 100% effective.

Whatever his words are, though, they at least imply - if not state - that
there is no practical difference between "not 100% effective" and
"ineffective enough that it wasn't worth the risk of side effects".  That
has been proven false, and potentially lethally so.  Moreover, this is well
known enough that anyone still pushing that point of view is probably
intentionally attempting to advocate for harming people (for no benefit to
society), while trying to give themselves plausible deniability.
