Big mistakes were made.  Example: why were those who had already caught and survived covid compelled to get the vaccine?  They don’t do that for measles.  If one catches a virus, one has natural immunity.  So why take a vaccine which never had clinical trials if you already had the disease?

 

What about the young, who caught it and the symptoms were mild?  By the time the vaccine was ready, we already knew that for some reason, when teenagers and younger caught covid, it didn’t do much to them.  We don’t know why.  It was comparable to other known flus at time, but it wen thru the high schools.  It wasn’t lethal for young people.  It was lethal for old people.  So… have the old take the vaccine, old being defined as over about 25.  

 

Why did we go to such absurd extremes with this one?  The medical community wanted to treat the mRNA vaccine as a miracle.  It wasn’t.  It was good, for the older half.  For teens it introduced as much risk as it retired, possibly more.
