*Once a launch of an ICBM in Asia from an enemy nation has been detected
and its trajectory definitively determined to be a city in the USA the
President of the United States will almost certainly be dead in 20
minutes. Yes the Secret Service will try to evacuate POTUS from Washington
to a "secure location", but you can't get very far in 20 minutes, **less
than that if the missile came from an enemy submarine just off the coast,** and
the enemy probably has a pretty good idea where that **"secure location" is
likely to be. So unfortunately there simply isn't time for everybody in
the chain of command to second guess the president's decision to launch.
And that's why it's not a good idea to vote for an ignorant amoral imbecile
to be in the White House. *
