Ja, that and Area 51.  We all know what they are hiding in Area 51, ja?  A crashed flying saucer!  And the remains of little green men, I tells ya!  All covered up!  Ja OK sure, but did you ever stop to wonder what is going on in areas 1 thru 50?  What goes on there?

The military is well aware of the risk of an unwarned nuclear attack.  They have measures to deal with that.  They have means of dealing with plausible threats.
