I am however capable of using Ecosia, ( I am moving away from Google after 30? Years due to policies. )
So, an apology is in order.
I am sorry that I have insulted you political party and that I have without any objective grounds placed you in the US right wing.
Now, I most certainly disagree with a number of things but that is expected in any political discourse.
So, correcting my earlier errors and wrongdoings, i try to ask a relevant question: what are the DSA's view on the trumpian oligarchys plunder of US resources?

No worries Henrik, no apology even necessary considering the venue: ExI is an infamously harsh place. I do appreciate the gentlemanly gesture however. No hard feelings on my part. Also: we do not expect you to master Yankee politics. I have lived here all my long life and make a hobby of betting on it, yet I don’t know all the deetz.
I am part of a fringe centrist party. Explanation: places such as Britain have (what I perceive) as a center left party and a center right party (Labour and Conservative) then they have their fringy stuff generally on either side of those two more mainstream parties (Brits is this approximately correct?)
We yanks have evolved a system where we have a far left Democrat party and a far right Republic party, with the more fringy stuff generally between those two mainstreamers, such as Libertarian, which has a broad spectrum spread so wide we Libertarians can’t agree on what day of the week it is. We have so many factions, each gets his own over which he has total dictatorial control. But if you average it out, Libertarian (the largest of the third parties) is generally centrist. Libertarians are accustomed to the mainstream parties each thinking we are supporting the other mainstream party, when in fact we support our own party.
Regarding the DSA: I have seen it growing for years, but it appears to be splitting off from the left end of the center left party. It really become noticeable in 2016 when the Democrat mainstream cheated its candidate (Sanders) out of his chance at nomination, then got caught by what was apparently an insider leaking the Democrat party server to former ExI poster Julian Assange, who posted it all to WikiLeaks. Party leaders were not pleased. The Democrat Socialists of America party was born, but is still part of the Democrat party.
The DSA seems to favor a lot of untenable positions such as abolishing the police (not just defunding but completely abolishing) and destroying (by some undisclosed means) billionaires. They hold positions like this even during times when we have demonstrated to us every day exactly why we need billionaires: they get stuff done.
Consider our times and look at all the really rich guys, 200 billion and up. All of them are investing in data centers, chip fabs, fiber optic factories, energy production or some means of supporting AI. These guys know what is coming. They have the money to act on it. They don’t need to gain a coalition to act, they just do it.
The Chinese government is the functional equivalent of a trillionaire. It can invest in AI, in energy conversion, in whatever it wants. So yankee mega-billionaires are our only hope of not being dominated by a commie AI.
