higher percentage of people who are "more concerned than excited" about AI
in general than any other advanced technological country; in the US it's
50%, in Germany and France it's 40%, in Taiwan it's 25%, in South Korea
it's 16%, in China it's only 15%. I think the difference is because people
in the USA dread getting fired from their job more than people in other
countries do because, except for the USA, people in every first world
country know that even if they lose their job they will still be able to
receive very good healthcare, and will get much better unemployment
benefits than people in the USA. *
