The USA has more data centers under construction, and many of them are near population centers.

AI has become very good at providing healthcare.  I am using Doximity regularly now, and find that it is better than most of the doctors I consult.  However, in the other first world countries, if AI replaces many of the jobs, the citizens will not receive health care from humans, for the governments which fund those human medical facilities will receive insufficient funding from the AI diminished work force.
