Even if congress overrode the presidential veto with a very unlikely 2/3 vote, the current Supreme Court would strike it down.  The constitution predated AI, but it sure looks like free speech to me.  The current justices take a broad view of what is speech.

 

Sanders is showboating, setting up to run for POTUS in 28.  I completely get the strategy: by then, AI as a threat will likely be the leading issue.  He might win on it.
